This morning I decided to order the Evernew Titanium Non-Stick DX3 cooking set. The set is made up of a titanium pot and frying pan, the pan doubling as a lid for the pot. The non-stick coating is made from silicone and ceramic, not teflon, which is a feature I am really excited about.
This pot set won the Editor’s Choice Gold Award from Backpacker Magazine this year. This prestigious recognition was only handed to 2 out of the 15 products selected for Best Gear Of The Year.
I picked ours up for around $60 USD over at AntiGravityGear (the total was approximately $80 USD after shipping).
Titanium is considered the most ultralight cookware available to backpackers and other outdoor enthusiasts. I look forward to testing ours out and sharing our findings.
